Cancellation Policy
**Notification Period:**
Clients must notify Blue’s Escort & Protection Services of any cancellation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
**Cancellation Fee:**
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
**Last-Minute Cancellations:**
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in a forfeiture of the entire service fee.
Refund Policy
**Refund Eligibility:**
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
**Refund Processing Time:**
If eligible for a refund, clients can expect the refund to be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation approval.
**Non-Refundable Deposits:**
Any deposits paid to secure our services are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
**Advance Notice:**
Clients requesting to reschedule the event must provide 14 days' notice.
**Rescheduling Fee:**
Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Event Changes
**Service Adjustments:**
Any changes to the event details or service requirements should be communicated toBlue’s Escort & Protection Services as soon as possible.
**Adjustment Approval:**
Changes are subject to approval, and additional charges may apply.
Force Majeure
**Unforeseen Circumstances:**
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, etc.) preventing the fulfillment of services, Blue’s Escort & Protection Services will work with the client to find a suitable resolution.
